Returns and Exchanges

Inspection Period:  All products especially strollers must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery to claim and shipping damages, claims or defects.
 
Return policy:
  Return policy is 14 days from receipt of item (determined from tracking information). Product must be in unused condition and retain all original packaging.  Unused condition means that it was never used or taken outside.  $40 covers return shipping for the continental US.  Moreover, there is a $50 handling and restocking fee.  Please contact us at info@prontostroller.com for more details.   

Order change policy:  Once an order is placed, you can contact us to revise it.  If the item has not been shipped, we can revise the order for you.  If it has already been shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order for any reason. If you want to make a change, you can return the package once it arrives and re-order. Please note that returns are subject to the $40 shipping charge and the $50  handling and restocking fee.
